Promoter

The Promoter of this Offer is Prezzee Pty Ltd (ABN 16 602 963 422) of 3/9 Castlereagh Street, Sydney, NSW 2000 (the Promoter).

This offer is subject to the following terms and conditions:

1. The Offer commences at 18 May 2023 and finishes at 30 June 2026. The Offer is open to Australian residents over the age of 18 years who have a valid email address and register for the first time for an account with the Promoter on the Prezzee mobile application during the Promotion Period (Eligible Customers).
   
   
2. Eligible Customers for the offer will be sent a unique $10 off discount promotional code for the Prezzee Smart eGift Card of $50 or more (the Offer). You must purchase a Prezzee Smart eGift Card of AUD $50 or more and add the promotional code at checkout via the Prezzee website located at https://prezzee.com.au/en-au.
   
   
3. This offer is limited to one eligible Prezzee Smart eGift Card per Eligible Customer.
   
   
4. If Prezzee determines an Eligible Customer is using aliases, multiple accounts, or multiple people are using the same payment method, or any other activity Prezzee believes in its absolute discretion is designed to circumvent the one eligible Prezzee Smart eGift Card per Eligible Customer limit, Prezzee reserves its rights to, in its absolute discretion, cancel your purchases, gift delivery, or account.
   
   
5. This Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
   
   
6. Prezzee reserves the right to withdraw this Offer at any time and without notice.
   
   
7. This Offer is not available to existing Prezzee Business customers.
   
   
8. The Prezzee Smart eGift Card can only be exchanged for individual retailer gift cards online. These individual retailer gift cards can be redeemed in-store or online, dependent on retailer terms and conditions. Please review all applicable retailers’ terms and conditions prior to the purchase of any Gift Card.
   
   

Receiving & Redeeming the Offer

9. Eligible Customers will, within 14 days of registering for an account with the Promoter, receive a promotion code which allows them to redeem the Offer on the Prezzee mobile app.
   
   
10. The promotion code will be emailed to the email address associated with the Eligible Customer’s Prezzee account.
    
    
11. The promotion code for the Offer is only valid for 28 days from the date of issue. Once the promotion code has expired, the Offer cannot be redeemed.
    
    
12. Prezzee Terms of Sale and Service apply.
    
    

Other terms and conditions

13. Only one entry per person is permitted. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify customers who it reasonably suspects have entered the Promotion multiple times.
    
    
14. By entering this promotion, you consent to sharing your email address with the Promoter for the purposes of this Promotion.
    
    
15. It is the responsibility of each customer to notify the Promoter of any change in their contact details.
    
    
16. The Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to:
    
    a. Vary the terms of, or cancel the Promotion at any time without liability to any registrants or other person;
    
    b. At any time, to request verification of information relevant to participation in the promotion of all registrants. The Promoter may disqualify registrants who provide false information or failed to provide information that is reasonably requested by the Promoter.
    
    c. To refuse registrants which are incomplete, indecipherable, offensive, do not comply with these terms and conditions, or which contravene any applicable laws or regulations;
    
    d. To disqualify registrants who have breached the terms and conditions, have engaged in unlawful or improper conduct, or otherwise undermine the fairness of the promotion.
    
    
17. The Promoter shall have no liability for a customer’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk-email, or other security settings, for a customer’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information.
    
    
18. In the event that the Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including but not limited to system breakdown, tampering, unauthorised intervention, or no entry, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion, subject to applicable legislation.
    
    
19. If the code is unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the code with another code of equal value. This right is subject to any applicable legislation, regulations, or directions from regulatory authority.
    
    
20. A customer’s use of the Offer is entirely at their own risk. The customers release and indemnify the Promoter from and against any liability arising from the customer’s acceptance and use of the Offer and the customer’s participation in the Promotion.
    
    
21. The Promotion is subject to the terms and conditions of each brand and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers.
    
    

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Australia and any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Australian courts.
