Prezzee Easter Competition Promotion (the “Competition”)
The Promoter of this Offer is Prezzee Pty Ltd (ABN 16 602 963 422) of 3/9 Castlereagh Street, Sydney, NSW 2000 (the Promoter).
This Competition is subject to the following terms and conditions:
By participating in the Competition, entrants accept and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Entries must comply with these terms and conditions to be valid.
The Competition
The Competition will commence at 9:00am AEDT on Monday, 11 April 2022 and finish at 11:59pm AEDT on Monday, 18 April 2022 (Promotion Period).
The Competition has one (1) prize, being a $500 Prezzee Smart eGift Card issued by the Promoter (the Prize).
How to Enter
To enter, entrants must have an account on http://www.prezzee.com.au, and use this account to purchase two (2) or more Prezzee Easter Smart eGift Cards from http://www.prezzee.com.au during the Promotion Period.
The Promoter’s Terms of Sale, Terms of Service and Privacy Policy apply to each purchase of a Prezzee Easter Smart eGift Card.
How Winners are Determined
The Competition is a game of chance.
At 9:00am on Tuesday 19 April 2022, each valid entry will be entered into a process of random selection. One (1) winning entry will be selected in a random draw.
The Promoter’s selection of the winning entries will be final and binding, and no correspondence with entrants or any other person will be entered into.
The winner will receive a Prize.
Claiming the Prize
The winners will be notified by email and the Prize sent to the email address associated with their account as part of the Competition entry within 3 days of the competition draw. The names of the winners will also be published on www.prezzee.com.au/terms-promotions.
If the winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within fourteen (14) days from the time a winning notification was sent, the prize will be forfeited.
It is the responsibility of each entrant to notify the Promoter of any change in their contact details.
The Promoter shall have no liability for a winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk-email or other security settings, for a winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information.
The winners consent to the publication of their first initial, surname, and state of residence on www.prezzee.com.au/terms-promotions.
If the Prize is unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize with a prize of equal or greater monetary value. This right is subject to any applicable legislation, regulations or directions from a regulatory authority.
A winner’s use of the Prize is entirely at their own risk. The winners release the Promoter from and indemnify the Promoter from and against any liability arising from the winner’s acceptance and use of the Prize and the winner’s participation in the competition.
Other Terms
The eligibility of entries is solely within the discretion of the Promoter.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost, misdirected or damaged entries or other communications.
The Promoter reserves the right to vary the terms of, or cancel, the Competition at any time without liability to any entrant or other person.
This Competition is not available to Prezzee Business customers.
The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to request verification of the age, identity, residential address or any other information relevant to participation in the Competition of all entrants. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who provides false information or fails to provide information that is reasonably requested by the promoter.
The Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse to accept entries which are incomplete, indecipherable, offensive, do not comply with these terms and conditions, or which contravene any applicable laws or regulations.
The Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any entrant who has breached any of these terms and conditions, has engaged in unlawful or improper conduct, or otherwise acts to cheat or undermine the fairness of the Competition by, for example, tampering with, or using or exploiting errors in, the entry process to obtain a competitive advantage over other entrants.
Any Prize supplied by a third-party supplier is subject to the terms and conditions of that third party supplier. Each Prize may come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Subject to those guarantees and rights, the Promoter shall not be liable and excludes all liability (including negligence) for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) for damage to property, personal injury or death suffered or sustained in connection with the Competition or the sue or taking of any Prize except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
Directors, employees and contractors (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, its related companies or agencies, are not eligible to enter this Promotion. Immediate family means spouse, ex-spouse, child, step-child, parent, step-parent, legal guardian, sibling or step-sibling.
