Five Days of Prezzee Promotional Terms and Conditions

The Promoter is Prezzee Pty Ltd (ABN 16602963422) of 3/9 Castlereagh Street, Sydney, NSW 2000 (the Promoter).

1. By entering this promotion, all entrants (you or your) agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (Terms) and our privacy policy. 

2. The promotion is open to Australian residents only. Employees and contractors of Prezzee Pty Ltd (ABN 16 602 963 422), its Related Entities and the agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter this promotion.  

3. No purchase is necessary to enter or win a prize in this promotion.

4. Any breach of these Terms or our privacy policy may result in disqualification. 

5. To the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and any other reference to this promotion, these Terms prevail. 

6. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram or Meta. 

7. You understand that you are providing your information to the Promoter and not to Facebook, Meta, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, YouTube, Reddit, Pinterest, LinkedIn or any other social networks. 

8. The Promoter shall have no liability for a winner's failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for a winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If the winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within seven (7) days from the time a notification was sent, or fails to a timely return of reply, the prize will be forfeited.

9. The Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the giveaway at any time. 

10. The Promoter reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers (or attempts to tamper) with the entry process or the operation of the giveaway or website or violates these Terms.
