To swap your Prezzee smart eGift Card, follow these steps:
- Launch your eGift Card (from the gift email or in your Prezzee Wallet) and choose ‘Swap now’.
- Browse through the brands and select the one you wish to spend at (you’re not spending yet).
- Select the amount you wish to spend with that brand (you don’t have to spend it all in one place).
- Optional: select ‘Add a card’ to swap your remaining balance for additional brand/s (you can swap up to 5 brands in one go).
- Confirm your swap. Done!
You can spend your new card once available or you can keep it for later, just make sure to check the expiry date.
To keep your cards safe and handy, we recommend saving them to your Prezzee Wallet.
Smart eGift Cards are valid for 3 years. Once swapped, the expiry date will be the one of the chosen brand.
