Playstation Prize Draw Promotion - Terms & Conditions

Promotor

  1. The promoter is Prezzee Pty Ltd ACN 602 963 422 of Level 3, 9 Castlereagh Street, Sydney NSW 2000 (the Promoter). 
  2. The Playstation Prize Draw Promotion (the Promotion) is operated by the Promoter and is not associated with any other brand partners or related entities.

Promotional Period

3. The Promotion will open for entry at 10:00am AEDT on 25 September 2023 and will close at 11:59pm AEDT on 9 October 2023 (Promotion Period).

Winners & Prize

4.There are three prizes:

    (individually, a Prize and collectively the Prizes)

    1. The total prize pool is valued at $1,496.90.
    2. There will be a total of three (3) winners (Winners) who will win one Prize each. 
    3. The Prizes are not redeemable for cash, exchangeable, or returnable except where required by law.

    Eligibility to Enter

    1. The Promotion is free of charge and open only to legal residents of Australia who are aged 18 years or over. 
    2. Customers who purchase a specially marked Playstation® eGift Card during the Promotion Period will be entered into the Promotion (Eligible Purchase). 
    3. Customers may enter the Promotion multiple times. Each Eligible Purchase will be equal to one entry in the Promotion.
    4. Employees, directors, contracts or related entities of the Promoter are not eligible to participate in the Promotion. 
    5. By entering this promotion, you consent to sharing your email address with the Promoter for the purposes of this prize draw.


    How Winner is Determined

    1. Promotion is a game of chance. Each eligible entry will be entered into a process of random selection. One Winner for each Prize will be drawn from eligible entries on 11 October 2023 at 10:00am AEDT at the address of the Promoter. The Promoter’s selection of the winning entries will be final and binding. No correspondence with entrants or any other person will be entered into.
    2. The Winners will be notified by email within seven (7) business days of the draw. 
    3. The winners of the $500 Playstation® eGift Card and Playstation® Plus Deluxe Membership or Extension will receive their Prize by email within seven (7) business days, sent to the email address the respective Winners used to enter the Promotion. 
    4. The Winner of the Playstation® 5 must provide the Promoter a valid postal address within Australia to receive their Prize. It is the responsibility of the Winner to ensure that the postal address details provided are accurate, and that the Prize is delivered in a secure location. The Promoter takes no responsibility and shall not be liable for the Prize being incorrectly delivered, damaged or stolen after delivery, the Winner providing incorrect or incomplete postage address, or the Prize being delivered in an unsecure location.
    5. If a Winner rejects the Prize or does not claim the Prize within one (1) month from the date of the prize draw, the entry will be deemed invalid and a redraw will take place on 11 November 2023 at 10:00am AEDT.

    Other terms

    1. It is the responsibility of each entrant to notify the Promoter of any change in their contact details. 
    2. The Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer.
    3. The eligibility of entries is solely within the discretion of the Promoter. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost, misdirected or damaged entries or other communications. 
    4. The Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to: 
    5. Vary the terms of, or cancel the Promotion at any time without liability to any entrants or other person;
    6. At any time, to request verification of information relevant to participation in the promotion of all entrants. The Promoter may disqualify entrants who provides false information or failed to provide information that is reasonably requested by the Promoter. 
    7. to refuse entries which are incomplete, indecipherable, offensive, do not comply with these terms and conditions, or which contravene any applicable laws or regulations;
    8. to disqualify entrants who has breached the terms and conditions, has engaged in unlawful or improper conduct, or otherwise undermine the fairness of the promotion.
    9. The Promoter shall have no liability for a Winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk-email, or other security settings, for a winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. 
    10. In the event that the promotion is not capable of running as planned, including but not limited to system breakdown, tampering, unauthorised intervention, no entry, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion, subject to applicable legislations. 
    11. If the Prizes are unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter's control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prizes with a prize of equal or greater monetary value. This right is subject to any applicable legislation, regulations, or directions from regulatory authority. 
    12. A Winner’s use of Prize is entirely at their own risk. The Winners release and indemnify the Promoter from and against any liability arising from the Winner’s acceptance and use of the Prize and the Winner’s participation in the Promotion. 
    13. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the Promotion will be directed to the Promoter to notices@prezzee.com.
