Flash Sale EOFY 2024 Promotion - Terms and Conditions
Woolworths
Promoter
1. The Promoter is Prezzee Pty Limited (ABN 16 602 963 422) of Level 3, 9 Castlereagh Street, Sydney, NSW 2000 (the Promoter).
2. The EOFY Flash Sale 2024 Promotion (the Promotion) is operated by the Promoter. It is not associated with any other brands or related entities.
Promotion Period
3. The Promotion will commence at 10:00am AEDT on June 25th 2024 and will finish at 10:00am AEDT on June 28th 2024 or until the Sales Limit is reached, whichever occurs first (Promotion Period).
The Offer
4. During the Promotion Period, purchase a specially-marked Woolworths Supermarket eGift Card (Promotional Gift Card) with a face value of $100.00 or more from www.prezzee.com.au (or Prezzee’s Australian mobile application) and receive a $10.00 Woolworths Supermarket Bonus eGift Card (Bonus Digital Gift Card).
5. The Promotion has an allocation of 3000 Promotional Gift Cards (Sales Limit).
6. The Promotional Gift Card has no expiry and the Bonus Digital Gift Card has a 3 month expiry after the date of issue.
7. The Promotional Gift Card, Bonus Digital Gift Card and any digital gift cards purchased from Prezzee are subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant brands and Promoter’s Terms of Sale at: www.prezzee.com.au/policies/terms-of-sale/ and Terms of Service at: www.prezzee.com.au/policies/terms-of-service/.
Eligibility for Offer
8. The Promotion is open to legal residents of Australian states and territories over the age of 18 years at the time of participation.
9. To be eligible for the Promotion, a customer must purchase a Promotional Gift Card with a face value of $100.00 or more on the Australian Prezzee mobile app (available on Google Play and the App Store) or Prezzee website at www.prezzee.com.au during the Promotion Period (Qualifying Purchase).
10. Within 48 hours of completing a Qualifying Purchase, the Bonus Digital Gift Card will be automatically sent to the email address associated with the customer’s Prezzee account.
11. Customers are limited to a single entry in the Promotion, and Bonus Digital Gift Cards are restricted to one per customer. It is not permissible to redeem this offer more than once by using multiple email addresses, identities, devices or robotic, automatic, programmed or similar entry methods in an attempt to circumvent the rules outlined in these Terms and Conditions.
12. Business partners, directors, employees and contractors (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, its related companies or its agencies, are not eligible to participate in this Promotion. Immediate family means spouses, ex-spouses, children, step-children, parents, step-parents, legal guardians, siblings or step-siblings.
Other Terms
13. By entering this Promotion, you hereby consent to the sharing your personal information with the Promoter. Additionally, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted the Promoter's privacy policy at www.prezzee.com.au/policies/privacy-policy/ and the website terms and conditions.
14. This Promotion cannot be redeemed for cash or used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer.
15. The Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to:
a) vary the terms of, or cancel the Promotion at any time without liability to any customers or other person;
b) at any time, request verification of information relevant to participation in the Promotion of all customers. The Promoter may disqualify customers who provide false information or failed to provide information that is reasonably requested by the Promoter; and/or
c) to cancel the gift cards of customers where the Promoter suspects that the terms and conditions have been breached, the customer has redeemed the offer multiple times, has engaged in unlawful or improper conduct, or the customer otherwise undermines the fairness of the Promotion.
16. A customer’s participation in the Promotion is entirely at their own risk. The customer releases and indemnifies the Promoter from and against any liability arising from the customer’s acceptance, use of the Promotion and participation in the Promotion.
17. It is the responsibility of each customer to notify the Promoter of any changes in their contact details. The Promoter shall have no liability for a customer’s failure to receive emails or the Bonus Digital Gift Card due to spam, junk-email, changes in contact details, or other security settings. The Promoter shall also not be liable for any issues arising from a customer providing incorrect or non-functioning contact information.
18. If the Promotion is unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter's control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Promotion or Bonus Digital Gift Card with a digital gift card of equal monetary value. This right is subject to any applicable legislation, regulations, or directions from regulatory authority in Australia.
19. Woolworths Supermarket eGift Cards are subject to the terms and conditions of Woolworths Supermarkets. Please review all applicable retailers’ terms and conditions prior to the purchase of any gift card(s).
20. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the Promotion will be directed to the Promoter to help@prezzee.com.
21. Woolworths Group Ltd ABN 88 000 014 675 is the issuer of the Woolworths Supermarket Bonus eGift Card, but is not the promoter of the offer, nor responsible for fulfilment of the offer terms. Woolworths Supermarket Bonus eGift Cards expire 3 months from their issue date and are redeemable in store and online at Woolworths Supermarket stores only.
