1. The Promoter is Prezzee Pty Limited (ABN 16 602 963 422) of Level 3, 9 Castlereagh Street, Sydney, NSW 2000 (the Promoter).

2. The Black Friday & Cyber Monday 2023 Promotion (the Promotion) is operated by the Promoter.

Promotion Period

3. The Promotion will commence at 10:00am AEDT on November 6th and will finish at 11:59pm AEDT on November 27th or until the Sales Limit is reached, whichever is earlier (Promotion Period).

The Offer

4. During the Promotion Period, purchase a specially-marked Cue Digital Gift Card (Promotional Gift Card) with a face value of $100 from www.prezzee.com.au (or Australian mobile application) and receive a bonus $20 Cue Digital Gift Card (Bonus Digital Gift Cards).

5. The Promotion strictly limited. Only 125 Bonus Digital Gift Cards are available (Sales Limit). After the Sales Limit has been reached, the Promotion will end.

6. The Bonus Digital Gift Card will expire 36 months after the date of issue.

7. This Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.

8. Digital Gift Cards purchased from Prezzee are subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant brands and Promoter’s Terms of Sale at: www.prezzee.com.au/policies/terms-of-sale/ and Terms of Service at: www.prezzee.com.au/policies/terms-of-service/.

Eligibility for Offer

9. The Promotion is open to legal residents of Australian states and territories over the age of 18 years.

10. To be eligible for the Promotion, a customer must purchase a specially marked Cue Digital Gift Card with a face value of $100 on the Australian Prezzee mobile app (available on Google Play and the App Store) or Prezzee website at www.prezzee.com.au during the Promotion Period (Qualifying Purchase).

11. After a Qualifying Purchase has been made, the Bonus Digital Gift Card will be automatically sent to the email address of the customer who made the Qualifying Purchase in a separate email within 48 hours.

12. Customers can only enter the Promotion once, and Bonus Digital Gift Cards are limited to one per customer.

13. Business partners, directors, employees and contractors (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, its related companies or its agencies, are not eligible to enter this Promotion. Immediate family means spouse, ex-spouse, child, step-child, parent, step-parent, legal guardian, sibling or step-sibling.

Other Terms

14. By entering this Promotion, you herby consent to sharing your personal information with the Promoter for the purposes of participation and redemption of this Promotion, acknowledge that you have read and accepted these Promotor’s privacy policy at www.prezzee.com.au/policies/privacy-policy/ and website terms and conditions.

15. This Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer.

16. The Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to:

a) vary the terms of, or cancel the Promotion at any time without liability to any customers or other person;

b) at any time, to request verification of information relevant to participation in the Promotion of all customers. The Promoter may disqualify customers who provides false information or failed to provide information that is reasonably requested by the Promoter; and/or

c) to cancel the gift cards of customers where the Promoter suspects that the terms and conditions have been breached, the customer has redeemed the Offer multiple times, has engaged in unlawful or improper conduct, or the customer otherwise undermines the fairness of the promotion.

17. A Customer’s participation in the Promotion is entirely at their own risk. The customers release and indemnify the Promoter from and against any liability arising from the customer’s acceptance and use of the Offer and the customer’s participation in the Promotion.

18. The Promoter shall have no liability for a customer’s failure to receive emails or the Bonus Digital Gift Card due to spam, junk-email, or other security settings, for a customer’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information.

19. If the Promotion is unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter's control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Promotion or Bonus Digital Gift Card with an Digital Gift Card of equal monetary value. This right is subject to any applicable legislation, regulations, or directions from regulatory authority.

20. Cue Digital Gift Cards are subject to the terms and conditions of Cue Please review all applicable retailers’ terms and conditions prior to the purchase of any gift card(s).
