How does a Prezzee Kids Gift Card work?
- Select the desired card value and tap 'Buy as a Gift.'
- Optional: Upload a video or audio file.
- Optional: Write a personal greeting.
- Choose to deliver the gift card instantly via email or SMS, or schedule a specific delivery day and time.
How can you use a Prezzee smart gift kids card?
- Open your Kids Prezzee Smart eGift Card from the email or SMS you received.
- Watch or listen to the video/audio greeting.
- Select a retailer gift card and the desired amount to swap to that card.
- Repeat until the funds are fully utilised!
Where can Kids Gift Cards be used?
You can use your Prezzee Kids Smart eGift card at any of the participating retailers.
Do Kids Gift Cards expire?
Yes, a Prezzee Smart Kids Gift Card is valid for three years.
How to check the balance on a Kids Gift Card?
To check the balance on your kids' gift card, log in to your Prezzee Wallet or open your eGift Card from the gift email we sent you. If the balance is not automatically updated, select 'Update Balance' or 'Check Balance' and follow the prompts to complete your balance check.
*Recipient is under 13 years old, they will need a parent/guardian to redeem the card on their behalf.
