Prezzee Business EOFY competition Terms & Conditions 2025

The Promoter: 

  1. The Promoter is Prezzee Pty Ltd (ABN 16 602 963 422) of 3/9 Castlereagh Street, Sydney, NSW 2000 (Promoter).

  2. The Prezzee Business EOFY Competition (Competition) is operated by the Promoter. 

    Competition Period:  
  3. The Competition will commence at 9:00am AEST on 21 May 2025 and end at 11:59pm AEST on 30 June 2025 (Competition Period).

Competition Details: 

4.The total prize pool is $3,000. 

5. The Prezzee Smart eGift Card, and any digital gift cards purchased from Prezzee are subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant brands and Promoter’s Terms of Sale at: www.prezzee.com.au/policies/terms-of-sale/ and Terms of Service at: www.prezzee.com.au/policies/terms-of-sale/.

6. Prezzee Smart eGift Cards expire 3 years after the purchase date. 

Eligibility: 

7. The Competition is open to new Prezzee Business customers with no prior purchases who complete an order of $5,000 or more during the Competition Period.

8. Entry is open to Australian businesses that hold a valid ABN and have a registered Prezzee Business account. 

9. Each eligible customer will receive one (1) entry into the Competition. Multiple purchases will not result in additional entries.

How to Enter: 

10. Create a Prezzee Business account – visit Prezzee Business and sign up for a free account.

11.Place a qualifying order – schedule a gift card order of $5,000 or more during the Competition Period.

12. Once your order is confirmed, you’ll be automatically entered into the Competition.

13. This Competition cannot be redeemed for cash or used in conjunction with any other competition or offer.

How Winners are Determined:

14. The Competition is a game of chance.

15. At 2:00pm AEST on 7 July 2025, each valid entry will be entered into a process of random selection. Three (3) winning entries will be selected at a random draw (Winners). The random draw will take place at Level 3, 9 Castlereagh Street, Sydney NSW 2000.

16. Each Winner will receive a Prezzee Smart eGift Card valued at $1,000.
 

17. The Promoter’s selection of the Winners will be final and binding. No correspondence with entrants or any other person will be entered into. 

Claiming the Prize

18. The Winners will be notified by email and/or phone within ten (10) business days of the draw.

19. If a Winner cannot be contacted is disqualified or fails to claim the Prezzee Smart eGift Card within seven (7) business days of the date they are notified, the relevant Winner’s entry will be deemed invalid and the prize forfeited. The Promoter will conduct a redraw at Level 3, 9 Castlereagh Street, Sydney NSW 2000 at 2:00pm AEST on 4 August 2025.

20. The Promoter shall have no liability for a Winners failure to receive notices due to span, junk-email or other security setting, for a Winners provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information.

21. It is the responsibility of each entrant to notify the Promoter of any change in their contact details.

22. The Promoter is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunctions of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet or at any website, or any combination thereof, or any other technical failures, including but not limited to any injury or damage to participants or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in this Competition. 

Other Terms:

23. If the prizes are unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prizes with prizes of equal or greater monetary value. This right is subject to any applicable legislation, regulations or directions from a regulatory authority.

24. The Winners use of the prize is entirely at their own risk. The Winners release and indemnify the Promoter from and against any liability arising from the Winners acceptable and use of the prize and the Winners participation in the Competition.

25. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter and its related entities and their respective directors, officers, employees and agents will not be liable for any personal injury, loss or damage, whatsoever which is suffered or sustained (including, but not limited to) indirect or consequential, financial or other loss) to or by an entrant or Winners.

26. The eligibility of entries is solely within the discretion of the Promoter.

27. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost, misdirected or damaged entries or other communications.

28. If for any reason this Competition is not capable of running as planned, the Promoter reserves the right to vary the terms of, or cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Competition at any time without liability to any entrant or other person.

29. Use of any robotic, automatic, programmed, or similar entry method or entering more than the number of times permitted will void all entries and result in disqualification. You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple email addresses, identities, or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules.

30. These Terms and Conditions are subject to change. For more information on how we use data, please see our Privacy Policy.  By participating in the Competition, entrants hereby agree to Promotor’s collection and usage of their personal information and acknowledge that they have read and accepted Promoter's Privacy Policy.

31. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to request verification of the age, identity, residential address or any other information relevant to participation in the Competition of all entrants. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who provides false information or fails to provide information that is reasonably requested by the Promoter.

32. The Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse to accept entries which are incomplete, indecipherable, offensive, do not comply with these Terms and Conditions, or which contravene any applicable laws or regulations.

33. The Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any entrant who has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, has engaged in unlawful or improper conduct, or otherwise acts to cheat or undermine the fairness of the Competition by, for example, tampering with, or using or exploiting errors in, the entry process to obtain a competitive advantage over other entrants.

34. Directors, employees and contractors (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, its related companies or its agencies, are not eligible to enter this Competition. Immediate family means spouse, ex-spouse, child, step-child, parent, step-parent, legal guardian, sibling or step-sibling.

35.These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Australia and any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Australian courts.
