EOFY 2024 Myer Promotion - Terms and Conditions

Promoter

1. The Promoter is Prezzee Pty Limited (ABN 16 602 963 422) of Level 3, 9 Castlereagh Street, Sydney, NSW 2000 (the Promoter).

2. The EOFY 2024 Promotion (the Promotion) is operated by the Promoter. It is not associated with any other brands or related entities.

Promotion Period

3. The Promotion will commence at 10:00am AEDT on June 14th and will finish at 11:59pm AEDT on June 30th or until the Sales Limit is reached, whichever is earlier (Promotion Period).

The Offer

4. During the Promotion Period, purchase a specially-marked Myer eGift Card (Promotional Gift Card) with a face value of $100.00 from www.prezzee.com.au (or Australian mobile application) and receive a $10.00 Myer Bonus eGift Card (Bonus Digital Gift Cards).

5. The Promotion has an allocation of 300 cards and will end at the end of the Promotion Period.

6. The Bonus eGift Card will expire 3 years after the date of issue.

7. Digital Gift Cards purchased from Prezzee are subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant brands and Promoter’s Terms of Sale at: www.prezzee.com.au/policies/terms-of-sale/ and Terms of Service at: www.prezzee.com.au/policies/terms-of-service/.

Eligibility for Offer

8. The Promotion is open to legal residents of Australian states and territories over the age of 18 years.

9. To be eligible for the Promotion, a customer must purchase a specially marked Myer eGift Card with a face value of $100.00 on the Australian Prezzee mobile app (available on Google Play and the App Store) or Prezzee website at www.prezzee.com.au during the Promotion Period (Qualifying Purchase).

10. After a Qualifying Purchase has been made, the Bonus Digital Gift Card will be automatically sent to the email address of the customer who made the Qualifying Purchase in a separate email within 48 hours.

11. Customers can only enter the Promotion once, and Bonus Digital Gift Cards are limited to one per customer. You may not redeem this Offer more than once by using multiple email addresses, identities, devices or robotic, automatic, programmed or similar entry methods in an attempt to circumvent the rules.

12. Business partners, directors, employees and contractors (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, its related companies or its agencies, are not eligible to enter this Promotion. Immediate family means spouse, ex-spouse, child, step-child, parent, step-parent, legal guardian, sibling or step-sibling.

13. By entering this Promotion, you hereby consent to sharing your personal information with the Promoter for the purposes of participation and redemption of this Promotion, acknowledge that you have read and accepted these Promotor’s privacy policy at www.prezzee.com.au/policies/privacy-policy/ and website terms and conditions.

14. This Promotion cannot be redeemed for cash or used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer.

15. The Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to:

a) vary the terms of, or cancel the Promotion at any time without liability to any customers or other person;

b) at any time, to request verification of information relevant to participation in the Promotion of all customers. The Promoter may disqualify customers who provide false information or failed to provide information that is reasonably requested by the Promoter; and/or

c) to cancel the gift cards of customers where the Promoter suspects that the terms and conditions have been breached, the customer has redeemed the Offer multiple times, has engaged in unlawful or improper conduct, or the customer otherwise undermines the fairness of the promotion.

16. A Customer’s participation in the Promotion is entirely at their own risk. The customers release and indemnify the Promoter from and against any liability arising from the customer’s acceptance and use of the Offer and the customer’s participation in the Promotion.

17. It is the responsibility of each customer to notify the Promoter of any changes in their contact details. The Promoter shall have no liability for a customer’s failure to receive emails or the Bonus Digital Gift Card due to spam, junk-email, changes in contact details, or other security settings, for a customer’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information.

18. If the Promotion is unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter's control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Promotion or Bonus Digital Gift Card with a Digital Gift Card of equal monetary value. This right is subject to any applicable legislation, regulations, or directions from regulatory authority.
